We want you to love your Afrocenchix products, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons in the beauty industry, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, sealed condition and that your request is within 14 days of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and include your order details inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a tracked service to our warehouse; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
